Unit Presidents and Auxiliary Members,
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Larissa Schmitz, and I am your 2026-27 Department Constitution and Bylaws Chairman. It is my honor to serve under Department President Sandra Smith as Chairman for our governing documents.
As a Department, we all have been working on fine tuning the governing documents. The Constitution was approved with the noted changes and corrections at the 2026 Convention (see proposed revisions below). If you have any questions, please contact me.

Proposed Revisions
Proposed revisions for Governing documents are posted below. Writings in red (within the document) are the proposed changes.
Based on recommendation of the Committee appointed by Department President, Candace Berg, the Department Standing Rules are now sorted into categories. We are confident that the categories will make it easier to find specific rules and make future revisions when necessary.
